Live Out Your Values, Make a Lasting Difference

About Us

The Lodge Trust CIO is a Christian charity based in Market Overton, Rutland, providing supported living, residential care, day opportunities, and work-based activities for adults with learning disabilities. Our mission is to create a community where people are valued, encouraged, and empowered to live life to the full.

Our 20-acre rural site includes homes, workshops, a café, gardens, woodland, and a camping and caravan site. Rooted in Christian values of compassion, respect, and kindness, we seek to create a welcoming community where dignity, independence, and personal growth are encouraged.

Role Purpose

This rewarding and varied role combines compassionate, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities with high standards of housekeeping and hospitality across our residential homes and on-site holiday accommodation.

From Tuesday to Thursday, you will begin your working day supporting residents with their morning routines, including personal care where required. You will then transition into housekeeping duties within allocated residential homes, helping residents to maintain clean, comfortable and welcoming living environments.

On Mondays and Fridays, the focus will be on preparing and resetting our holiday cabins whenever there is a new booking. You will ensure that each lodge is thoroughly cleaned, presented to an excellent hospitality standard and ready to provide a warm and welcoming experience for arriving guests.

The role brings together person-centred support, professional housekeeping and hospitality. Working as part of our Residential Living Team, you will play an important part in helping residents enjoy a positive start to their day while ensuring our homes and guest accommodation are safe, clean, comfortable and welcoming.

You will work alongside Senior Support Workers and Deputy Managers, contributing to safe, effective and well-led services while reflecting The Lodge Trust's Christian ethos and values in the way you support residents, colleagues and guests
